Q. Are there any other steps I need to take before making a payment?
Yes, you must complete the member registration process by clicking on "Join Now" through the menu below the @reallycool chat window. Otherwise, our staff will not be able to update your membership status to Preflight Founder as there is no profile for you in the member database.
Q. What payment methods are available?
You can choose from the following payment methods:
- Bank transfer: Please transfer the payment to our bank account 032-492020-9.
- QR code: Scan the QR code provided to make a payment using your mobile banking app.
- Credit card: Make a payment using your credit card through our secure payment gateway.
Q. Can I register multiple people for membership?
No, you cannot register multiple people for membership using a single Line Account. Each individual who wants to become a member must have their own Line Account to register and pay for membership. This is because our system requires each membership to be linked to a unique Line Account. This restriction is in place to ensure the security and privacy of individual member data.
Q. I have already made a payment but my membership status is still Normal. What should I do?
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delay in updating your membership status. Please send a copy of your bank transfer receipt to our staff via the chat window. We will verify your payment and upgrade your membership status within 2-3 business days.
Q. When is the deadline for registration?
The registration period for the Flight Founder Member program is open from May 23, 2024 to August 31, 2024 only. The program will kick off with the first engagement activity in June 2024.
Q. Can I participate in the activities if I am living abroad?
We understand that you may be interested in participating in our program from abroad. While we are currently only able to accommodate permanent residents of Thailand, we are actively exploring ways to expand our reach in the future. We encourage you to stay tuned for updates on future opportunities that may be open to you.
Q. How do I request an invoice?
To request an invoice, please follow these steps:
- Add us as a Line friend: @reallycool.
- Send us a message stating that you would like to request an invoice.
- In your message, please include the following information:
- Your full name
- Your company name (if applicable)
- Your Line ID
- Your order number
- Your billing address
We will process your request and send you the invoice within 2-3 business days.
