Terms and Conditions

Really Coo! Preflight Founder Member

The Really Coo! Preflight Founder Member is a subscription program operated by Really Really Cool Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) with the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership Fee and Enrollment

  • The membership fee for the Really Coo! Preflight Founder Member is a one-time payment of THB 3,500 , inclusive of VAT.
  • The membership fee is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged or used to purchase goods or services or combined with other promotional offers of the Company under any circumstances.
  • An applicant must be an individual residing permanently in Thailand and must age at least 20 years old at the time of application. A membership application must be completed and submitted via LINE @reallycool, and a payment of the membership fee must be completed between May 22, 2024, 00:00 and August 31, 2024, 23:59.

2. Membership Status

  • Membership is valid for one year from the date of activation.

3. Benefits and Special Activities

  • Benefits and special activity participation rights for Really Coo! Preflight Founder Member are limited and exclusive to selected members only.
  • The selection criteria for members of the Really Coo! Preflight Founder Member program, who will receive benefits and the right to participate in special activities, will be at the sole discretion of the company. Announcements will be made through the company’s official communication channels (such as email, website, and mobile application).
  • The Company reserves the right to distribute Really Coo! Kit (which includes the amenities as set out below) only to members who have applied for a Founder Member status and paid the membership fee in full, Eligible members can personalize three items in Really Coo! Kit (tote bag, insulated tumbler, and luggage tag) with up to 8 characters. These items will be delivered by October 2024.

4. Redemption of Benefits

  • Benefits and special activity participation rights can be redeemed only with specified partners, with details announced monthly.
  • Benefits and special activity must be redeemed within the specified period; unredeemed benefits cannot be carried over to the next month and are non-reusable.
  • Benefits and special activity are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase goods or services.
  • Eligible prize recipients or special activity participants must pay a withholding tax of 5% of the value of the prize or special activity before claiming their entitlement.

5. Partner Conditions

  • Redemption of benefits and special activity of the partners is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective partners. Members must comply with such additional terms and conditions when using their benefits.
  • Partners may impose restrictions and blackout dates on which benefits and special activity cannot be redeemed.

6. Exclusivity and Non-Transferability

  • Benefits and special activity participation are exclusive to Really Coo! Preflight Founder Members.
  • These rights cannot be shared or transferred to others.

7. Member Responsibilities

  • Members shall keep their contact information up-to-date in order to receive timely notifications about monthly benefits.
  • Members must regularly check announcements and details of monthly benefits.

8. Privacy

  • Member information will be managed according to the Company’s privacy policy to ensure confidentiality and security of personal data.

9. Amendments and Membership Termination

  • The Company reserves the right to amend or change these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any amendments or changes through official communication channels of the Company. The continuance of the use of benefits and/or participation in special activities after such amendments or changes will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
  • If the Company detects any fraud, illegal activities, or any actions in violation of these terms, or if benefits and special activities are used for commercial purposes or against Company policies, the Company reserves the right to terminate the membership.
  • Memberships that are terminated are not eligible for a refund of the membership fee.

10. Organizer and Affiliation Disclaimer

  • This advertisement and promotional activities are organized and operated solely by Really Really Cool Co., Ltd. RCA Global Co., Ltd. only and solely serves as a business partner.
