The Millennium Super Yacht Sunset Cruise Game Event is organized and conducted by Really Really Cool Co., Ltd. (“Event Organizer”) and MGC Marine and Charter (Asia) Co., Ltd. (“Cruise Service Provider”).
Terms and Conditions of Participation:
- Participants must be Founder Members only.
- By participating in the event, participants acknowledge and accept the rules, terms, and conditions stated herein.
- The Event Organizer reserves the right to disclaim any liability for damages caused by participants’ own errors.
- The Event Organizer reserves the right to use the names and photographs of the prize winners for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation.
- If the prize winner is under the age of 18, parental consent is required to participate in the event.
- The event participation period is from June 17, 2024, at 6:00 PM until June 20, 2024, at 11:59 PM.
- The announcement of the prize winners will be made on June 22, 2024, via LINE Official: @reallycool.
Judging Criteria for the Event:
- Selection will be based on the first two correct answers. In the case of multiple submissions, the Event Organizer will consider the last submitted answer. The prize winners must comply with the specified terms and conditions.
- Participants who use inappropriate language will be disqualified from the event immediately.
Prize Claim Conditions:
- The winners will be announced on June 22, 2024, via LINE Official: @reallycool.
- Winners must contact us to confirm receipt of the prize. and send a list of 3 followers within 24 June 2024 via LINE Official: @reallycool.
- If the prize winners do not respond within the specified period or inform the Event Organizer of their intention to decline the prize, it will be considered a forfeiture. The prize will then be awarded to the next Founder Member who meets the terms and conditions.
- Prize winners who confirm their acceptance must provide evidence, including a copy of their ID card with a certified true copy signature, via LINE Official: @reallycool. After verifying the documents, the prize winners will receive confirmation from Really Really Cool Co., Ltd. The first confirmed prize winner will have the right to choose the date for the yacht cruise activity as specified each month.
Prize Details and Conditions:
- The Millennium Super Yachts Cruise event offers 2 prizes. The cruise will take place on July 6 , 2024.
- Each prize allows a Founder Member to join the Millennium Super Yachts cruise along the Chao Phraya River on the designated route with 4 seats.
- Prize winners can bring up to 3 accompanying guests. The accompanying guests must also be Founder Members.
- Prize winners must arrive at the meeting point at Riverdale Marina, 88 Moo 2 Tiwanon Road, Bangkadi Subdistrict, Mueang Pathum Thani District, Pathum Thani 12000, 45 minutes before the departure time for registration.
- The cruise duration is 1.30 to 2.00 hours, starting from 5:00 PM.
- In case of any changes, the Event Organizer will inform the prize winners as soon as possible.
- Prize winners cannot request to change the date and time of participation.
- If prize winners wish to travel outside the designated route, prior consent from the Cruise Service Provider is required. Any additional costs incurred will be the responsibility of the prize winners.
- The prize cannot be sold, exchanged, transferred to another person, or converted to cash.
- The Event Organizer reserves the right to change the prize conditions without prior notice.
- Other details regarding navigation practices, safety, insurance, and other conditions are as specified by MGC Marine and Charter (Asia) Co., Ltd., the Cruise Service Provider.
