Terms and Conditions of Participation:
- Participants must be members with “Founder Member” status on the date and time of the activity.
- Participants must be at least 20 years old.
- By participating in the activity, participants are deemed to acknowledge and accept the rules, terms, and conditions specified.
- The organizers are not responsible for any damage resulting from the participants’ own mistakes.
- The organizers reserve the right to use the names and photographs of the winners for advertising and promotional purposes without the need to compensate the winners.
- This prize contest will be held on July 1, 2024, from 18:00 to 23:59 via LINE Official: @reallycool.
- Winners will be announced on July 2, 2024, via LINE Official: @reallycool.
Judging Criteria for the Event:
- The winners will be selected based on the first correct answer received. In case participants submit multiple answers, the organizers will consider the last answer submitted. The winners must comply with all specified terms and conditions.
- Participants who use inappropriate language will be disqualified from the activity immediately.
Prize Claim Conditions:
- Winners must contact us to confirm the prize by July 4, 2024, via LINE Official: @reallycool. Otherwise, the company will consider the prize forfeited.
- If the winner does not respond within the specified period, expresses the intention to decline the prize, or indicates that they cannot use the prize on the specified date, the prize will be considered forfeited. The next eligible participant who meets the terms and conditions will receive the prize instead.
- Winners who confirm acceptance of the prize must submit proof, including a copy of their ID card with a certified true copy signature, via LINE Official: @reallycool. After verifying the documents, the winners will receive a prize confirmation from Really Really Cool Co., Ltd.
Prize Details and Conditions:
- The winner will receive the following prizes:
- 1-Day Pass ticket to the S2O Korea Songkran Music Festival 2024, held at Seoulland in Seoul, South Korea, on July 13, 2024, for one person.
- round-trip economy class air ticket on the Bangkok-Seoul route for one person.
- For the air ticket, the winner can choose the flight and travel dates under the following conditions:
- Outbound: Bangkok-Seoul, travel before July 13, 2024.
- Inbound: Seoul-Bangkok, travel after July 13, 2024.
The round-trip air ticket must not exceed 30,000 THB (including all taxes). If the ticket price exceeds this amount, the winner will be responsible for paying the difference.
- The event organizer will book the outbound and return flights for the prize winner. The winner must inform the organizer of their preferred flight and airline through LINE Official: @reallycool by July 7, 2024. The electronic ticket (E-Ticket) will be sent to the email address registered with the company.
- Once the booking is made, any changes to the flight will be the responsibility of the winner, including any associated costs.
- The winner will receive the electronic ticket (E-Ticket) for the music festival via the email address registered with the company.
- The S2O music festival ticket and the air ticket cannot be sold, exchanged, transferred to another person, or converted to cash, except with the company’s consent.
- Accommodation, travel expenses in the foreign country, and other costs not specified above are the responsibility of the winner.
- The company will not be responsible if the winner cannot enter the destination country.
- The company will not be liable for any cancellation, delay, or changes in airline services.If there are any changes to the conditions, the event organizer will inform the winner as soon as possible.
- The winner cannot request to change the date and time of the event.
- The winner must pay a 5% withholding tax as per the Revenue Department Order No. ทป. 101/2544 and any other applicable taxes (if any).
