Terms and Conditions of Participation:

  • Participants must be members with “Founder Member” status as of the date and time of the activity.
  • Participants must be at least 20 years old.
  • By participating in the activity, participants are deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules, terms, and conditions specified.
  • The organizer reserves the right to not be responsible for any damage caused by the participants’ errors.
  • The organizer reserves the right to use the names and photos of the prize winners for advertising and promotional purposes without any compensation.
  • This prize contest will be held on July 17, 2024, from 18:00 to 23:59 via LINE Official: @reallycool.
  • The winners will be announced on July 18, 2024, via LINE Official: @reallycool.

Judging Criteria for the Event:

  • Winners will be selected based on the first correct answer. In case participants submit multiple answers, the organizer will consider the last submitted answer. The winner must comply with all specified terms and conditions.
  • Participants who use inappropriate language will be immediately disqualified from the activity.

Prize Claim Conditions:

  • Winners must contact us to confirm their prize by July 21, 2023, through LINE Official: @reallycool. Otherwise, the company will consider the prize forfeited.
  • If winners do not respond within the specified period or indicate that they do not wish to accept the prize, it will be considered a forfeiture. The next eligible participant who meets the terms and conditions will receive the prize instead.
  • Winners who confirm their prize must submit proof of identity, including a copy of their ID card with a certified true copy, via LINE Official: @reallycool. After verification, the winner will receive confirmation from Really Really Cool Co., Ltd.

Prize Details and Conditions:

  • The prize includes:
    1. A 1-Day Pass to the S2O Japan Music Festival 2024 @Odaiba in Tokyo, Japan, on August 3, 2024, for one person.
    2. A round-trip economy class flight ticket from Bangkok to Tokyo for one person.
  • For the flight ticket, the winner can choose their flight and travel dates with the following conditions:
    1. Departure: Bangkok to Tokyo, must be before August 3, 2024.
    2. Return: Tokyo to Bangkok, must be after August 3, 2024.

The round-trip airfare must not exceed 30,000 THB (including all taxes). If the ticket price exceeds this amount, the winner will be responsible for the additional cost.

  • The organizer will reserve the flight tickets (both departure and return) for the winner. The winner must provide their preferred flight and airline details via LINE Official: @reallycool by July 25, 2024. The electronic flight ticket (E-ticket) will be sent to the email address registered with the company.
  • Once the flight reservation has been made by the company, any changes to the flight details will be at the expense of the winner.
  • The S2O festival ticket and flight ticket cannot be sold, exchanged, transferred to others, or redeemed for cash, except with the company’s consent.
  • The winner will receive the festival ticket at the concert venue. Information and instructions on how to collect the ticket will be provided to the winner upon notification of the prize.
  • Accommodation, international travel expenses, and any other costs not mentioned above are the responsibility of the winner.
  • The company will not be responsible if the winner is unable to enter the destination country.
  • In case of cancellation, delay, or change in airline services, the company will not be held responsible under any circumstances.
  • If there are any changes to the terms and conditions, the organizer will notify the winner as soon as possible.
  • The winner cannot request to change the date and time of the event participation.
  • The winner must pay a 5% withholding tax as per the Revenue Department’s order No. Por. 101/2544 and any other applicable taxes (if any).
